Damian Proctor is a designer, speaker, photographer and 12 year veteran of the digital industry.

After graduating from the University for Creative Arts with a degree in Animation, he cut his teeth at several digital agencies in the Midlands before joining Redweb in 2004. Four years and a few award winning projects later, Damian was given the responsibilty for all of Redweb’s creative output in 2008. He has worked with clients across many sectors, from Scottish Parliament and HM Treasury, E.ON and Norwich Union, through to Hobbycraft, Haven and the RNLI.

As Redweb’s Creative Director, Damian brings creative vision, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of experience design together with smart, innovative uses for emerging technology, to guide Redweb’s delivery teams in shaping consistent, integrated and compelling user experiences for our client’s and their customers.
